CRAVYNOX Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CRAVYNOX, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, from checkout to delivery.

Our collection includes digital products, books, journals, greeting cards, and other merchandise. Shipping and delivery arrangements vary depending on the product purchased, its availability, and the fulfillment location.

1. Order Processing & Production

Many of our physical products are printed or prepared specifically for your order.

Processing and production times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders may require additional processing during holidays, peak shopping periods, or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated delivery information, where available, is provided at checkout or in your order communications.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, available shipping methods, and applicable fulfillment arrangements.

Some products may have different shipping rates because they are produced or shipped from separate facilities.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed with their eligibility requirements.

3. Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

For example, a book, greeting card, and another physical item may be fulfilled by different production facilities.

Separate shipments may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

Available shipping destinations and delivery methods depend on the product and fulfillment provider.

Shipping availability and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

International orders, where available, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Eligible digital purchases are delivered electronically through the download method described at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, please contact support@cravynox.com.

6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow time for shipping carriers to update tracking information after a package has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to make corrections before fulfillment or dispatch when possible. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when an incorrect address supplied by the customer causes a delivery failure, subject to applicable law.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Although we work with fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders reliably, unexpected delays may occur.

If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate.

For damaged products, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging whenever possible.

We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
